A Birthday Wish in Loving Memory of Horus

🎂 Birthday Wish 🎂

For my birthday this year, instead of gifts, I’m asking friends and family to help me honor the memory of my sweet Sphynx cat, Horus, by donating to TLC Humane Society in Dahlonega, GA.

Horus’s story began in the woods of North Georgia, where he was found alone and struggling to survive. He was brought to TLC — the only no-kill shelter in Dahlonega — where he was given safety, medical care, and love. Because of TLC, I was able to adopt him and give him the life he deserved.

TLC Humane Society is entirely donation-based, and every dollar goes directly toward the care of the animals. Like many shelters, they’ve been struggling in recent years as adoptions decline while the number of animals needing help continues to rise. Their work is more important now than ever.

Horus was unforgettable — a food thief, a cuddle bug, a lizard-watching sun lover who stole the hearts of everyone he met. Though our time together was far too short, he lived a life full of love.
